COACHING+INNOVATION is based in Calgary, Canada with clients in Canada, USA, Europe and the Philippines.

“Imagine+Execute” defines my nature.

“Coaching+Innovation” defines my passion.

I’ve always been fascinated with imagining and executing improvements in my environment, which led me to study engineering. As a “numbers person”, I was drawn to banking and finance. It was there that I gained corporate management experience and polished my skills to support small business and entrepreneurial development and operation.  Several career highlights provide me credence in coaching you:

  • Chaired strategic committee responsible for strengthening the culture of corporate innovation; Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Banking

  • 20 years Executive Banking experience with Citibank, Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation and Unionbank; customer service, operations, sales, credit, relationship management, and product development

  • Executive Assistant to the Executive Vice Chairman and CEO at RCBC; experience and perspective of working at the highest management levels

  • Financial Planning Head IBM Daksh (IBM Business Process Outsourcing subsidiary)

  • Entrepreneur and small business owner

As a female professional, I use my skills and experience to successfully balance the demands of corporate life while being mother to our son (currently in university) and wife to my husband who is president of an international food company.

I live in Calgary, Canada but also call Manila, Philippines my home.

In finding ways to enhance my life and give back to my community, I volunteer at the Hunter Centre for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Calgary’s Haskayne School of Business, in fundraising campaigns for children’s hospitals across Canada, and have been involved in education with the Webber Academy Parent Council and on the Board of Trustees for a Montessori school in the Philippines.

I enjoy classes in adult ballet and barre fitness, and also delight in experiencing culinary adventures with my family.
